Rear Fog & Reverse Lights

I wasn't planning on having any bumpers to which I could attach lights/reflectors so what to do?...
My first idea was to have a single fog light in the centre like so..

Then I wanted to add a reverse light so I just opened the hole up a bit...
I made up a plate and spaced it out untill I was happy with the look.
