Filler Cap & Pipe

I didn't want to see any screw heads on the top of the filler flange when the cap was open so the plan was to drill (not right though!) and tap from underneath. There isn't much thickness to work with but getting the fange on a vertival mill with a flat ended bit, there was just enough depth to get 2-3 threads in there...

The filler pipe is a section of exhaust tube from a motorbike that I had bits of lying around. Cut a rough 's' shape of it and polished it up. Not perfect but fits pretty well.
